The unique 2-year FLOODRisk master programme integrates science, engineering and socioeconomic topics through a range of courses taught by leading experts at four European universities: Technical University of Dresden (Germany), IHE Delft (Netherlands), Technical University of Catalonia (Spain) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). Successful students graduate with MSc degrees from TU Dresden and IHE Delft.

As well as enjoying the international, interdisciplinary programme, graduates from our first five batches have already found excellent positions worldwide. A 2016 survey of our graduates revealed that 91% are currently employed, 97% of which are working in the water sector.

The application deadline is 15th June 2017 for non-EU/EEA applicants and 1st August 2017 for EU/EEA applicants.

Tuition fee payable: €5500 per year, €11000 total for 2-year programme. The standard tuition fee is €19000 for 2 years. To promote this European programme we are offering a reduction of €8000.

  • Cost of study material, fieldtrip, etc.: €1550
  • Insurance: €40 per month / €960 total
  • Residence permit (if applicable): €307
  • In addition, we estimate that a student may need on average €1000 per month to cover costs of living and travelling between partner institutes.
